Our Corporate Social Responsibility in action
ECOVADIS is now the international benchmark for CSR policy evaluation, with over 130,000 companies and institutions rated since its creation in 2007.
Topics covered include the environment, well-being in the workplace and respect for human rights, ethics as the driving force behind relationships, and the social commitment of partners in the supply chain.

A very encouraging initial assessment
In its first ECOVADIS evaluation in June 2024, HI-Technologies SA achieved a score of 62/100, placing it in the 78th percentile. In other words, our social and environmental policy places us in the top 22% of ECOVADIS-rated organizations.
Far from being an end in itself, this rating is for us a first milestone on the virtuous road to sustainability.
The areas for improvement we now know about will help guide our future actions, with the aim of reaching the TOP15% target by 2025.
CSR REPORT 2023-2024

A committee to steer our corporate citizenship policy
Because the challenges of a company's sustainability and social responsibility require genuine management on a day-to-day basis as well as over the long term, in early 2024 we decided to set up a CSR Committee.
Its role?
Working with management, define the company's CSR policy, set quantitative and qualitative targets, implement various actions and measure results. The main themes addressed concern the reduction of our environmental footprint, employee well-being in the workplace, ethics at the heart of our internal and external relations, and a more responsible purchasing policy.
Some examples of actions already completed or in progress?
- Creation of an annual CSR report.
- Carrying out a carbon assessment in conjunction with an independent body (in compliance with the GHG protocol).
- Drafting of a Code of Ethical Conduct.
- Documentation as part of a CSR assessment carried out by an independent body (Ecovadis)
- Regular reporting of various KPIs linked to our CSR policy.
