With Evoko Liso, the new generation of Room Manager, the Swedish brand offers an easy-to-use, streamlined meeting room reservation solution. From your calendar, or from a touch screen installed outside a room, you can easily reserve it, or check its availability using the green or red indicator lights.
Information is updated in real time as soon as a room is booked or occupied, avoiding double meetings, interrupted meetings and so on.
A signal indicates when installed equipment is faulty, and an alert is sent to the IT department. In addition, statistical analyses are available tooptimize resources and manage space utilization.
With the Evoko "Get a Room" application, you can work from anywhere. Book a meeting, share it and invite your colleagues with ease. With easy-to-use filters such as time of day, capacity and available equipment, you'll immediately see the spaces that best meet your needs. Other spaces will be suggested if your first choice is not available.
